After you open the files in Insta360 Studio, they can be exported to a panoramic JPG format one-by-one or as a batch in a pretty straightforward way. Select one or more files on the left side and go to File Export in the main menu or use the following keyboard shortcut: Ctrl + B on Windows, ⌘ + B on macOS. Insta360 Studio is just for exporting. It is not intended as a substitute for Photoshop or Premiere. The best way to get support for Insta360 is to ask in the Insta360 Community Facebook group, which is actively monitored. You can also use the chat function in the app settings. A real person will respond, usually within 24 hours. Insta360 Studio 2020 allows users to edit videos and photos shot on ONE R, ONE X2/X, EVO, GO, ONE, NanoS, Nano and Air. It contains the Insta360 Plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro (2019/2020) and Final Cut Pro X (only for ONE R wide-angle files) which enable you to open and edit insp/insv/mp4 files in Premiere/Final Cut Pro X.

You can now use Deep Track.

First, install Insta360 Studio 2020 and import the 360 clips.

Select 'FreeCapture' and click on the 'Deep Track' icon in the bottom left corner.

To track, click and drag around a subject in your 360 footage.

If you want to stop tracking, click the yellow 'Stop Tracking' button in the lower right corner.

You can now TimeShift by adjusting the playback speed for different sections of the same video clip.

Click the 'Speed' button as shown in the screenshot;

To adjust speed, click on the speed bar and select a speed in the box to the right of the 'Speed' button👇

You can now click the thumbnails at the bottom of your screen

to view each photo in HDR and Night Shot photo groups.

Auto Frame 360 video clips will also appear here.

You can now manage and view your footage via the Photos and Videos tab.

The Photos and Videos tab is under the Footage panel on the left side of the interface.

The “Favorite” tab has been added.

You can now mark important footage and add it to your favorites.

You can now check detailed file information via File Properties panel.

The File Properties panel is on the right side of the interface.

More Nadir logo styles have been added.

Go to 'Basic Settings' on the right panel,

here you can select the logo style, adjust the logo size and position,

and even add a custom logo.

You can now use the left and right keys on your keyboard to check your footage frame by frame.
